Shelf Freeze Dryers
Lyodel Shelf Freeze Dryers (LSFD) are specially designed for flexible and reproducible production cycles with an inbuilt freezing technology. In LSFD, products can be lyophilised in flasks(optional), vials, and bulk with a heating facility.
With separate drying and condenser chambers, Shelf Freeze Dryers work with condenser temperatures of -50C/-80C. It comes with 1/2/3 shelves that are cooled through direct expansion of the refrigeration circuit and heated by an electrical resistance at low voltage. The refrigeration system consists of a single refrigerating unit using a hermetic compressor and non-CFC refrigerant, operating both on the shelf and condenser thereby guaranteeing system performance flexibility and safety. Comes in both PID and HMI touch controls.
