Pre-freezing Glycol bath is meant to freeze materials in round bottom flasks before loading them on the freeze dryer. The pre-freezer bath can achieve a temperature range of -40C. The rotation mechanism of the pre-freeze bath helps the sample in the flask to freeze to a thin layer on the inner walls of the flask which promotes faster drying and reduce time.
